Hey El Al! Hopefully everyone had a great summer!
At the end of May, El Al had their elections where members of our expanding chapter could run to get a position on board. Fast forward to the end of August, we had installs with our brother chapter, Si Wi. During installs, old board members step down and new ones are inducted, or placed into their position on board. After installs occur, events and business meetings may begin.
Many chapters have hangouts to keep their chapters strong by building and keeping relationships. Over the summer, El Al had some fun hangouts in order to start the term strong and keep everyone connected! We also had hangouts with Si Wi, which prospects and current members were able to attend to get a feel of how this term is going to play out.

Regional Kickoff (if signed up): September 9th
Honey cake selling and delivery: September 10th
Business meeting: September 12th
